  • As a dealer our refund terms are as follows:

    In the event of any cancellation the order payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.

    The buyer agrees that the order payment is reasonable considering: customer acquisition, Sales Representative Commission, Payment Transaction Fees, and/or other time or services that may have been involved with the order.

    We are committed to making this website compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We wish all of our visitors to be able to access and understand our goods and services. This is an ongoing project, and we are bringing sections of our internet presence into ADA compliance following the relevant and applicable portions of WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA recommendations.

  • We the dealer for numerous manufacturers do not partake in the cancellation process.

    In the event the buyer wishes to cancel the contract they may do so under the contract terms for the manufacturer. All cancellation requests must be directed to the manufacturer.
